The 4th Oncology Clinic and its medical staff provide every possible support and care to cancer patients and the people accompanying them. Our concern is prompt service, with the quality of care at the highest level.

What we do

With state-of-the-art equipment and advanced laboratory and therapeutic methods, the Clinic treats every kind of neoplastic disease, in ideal conditions of care and service. In cooperation with all the oncology specialties it coordinates the modern management of all solid tumours, for common as well as rarer types of neoplasm.

  • Hormone therapy for hormone-dependent tumours
  • Biological and targeted therapies based on the molecular profile of the tumour
  • Immunotherapy according to international guidelines

Genetic counselling and supportive care

Specialist genetic counselling information and services are provided by the Oncology Genetics and Hereditary Cancer service, which operates with specialised staff within our Clinic. The Clinic is particularly active in the supportive and palliative care of patients and their families, in close cooperation with other professionals in the field.

International cooperation

We are in constant contact and cooperation with reference centres in Europe and America. We take part in international clinical trials and have access to pioneering diagnostic and therapeutic methods and drugs before they become available in Greece. The team’s research work is recorded in the Clinic’s publications.
